This drop-in LSX conversion radiator for the JK has everything you need to make your LSX swap paint-by-numbers simple. It includes the radiator that bolts in place of the OEM radiator, double-pass construction, dual Entropy HPX 11″ fans and an all aluminum overflow tank.
We’ve been building Jeep radiators for a long time and understand the unique punishment that Jeeps are subject to. When climbing and off-road, everything needs to be capable of withstanding the off-road abuse that makes owning a Jeep so awesome. We use thicker .125″ fully welded brackets, CNC billet mounting brackets for the chassis mounts.
Another common problem unique to Jeeps, and the abuse they take, is the wiring. Overtime a lot of the engine grounds can break and then then coolant becomes the engine ground. This ends up destroying the radiator via electrolysis, which might even be why you’re shopping for a new radiator for your Jeep now.
All of our Jeep radiators feature a EC-02 custom consumable electrode wiring kit. This consumable electrode is installed in the radiator and helps prevent it from failure caused by electrical current flowing through the radiator.
