Return Policy

We build cooling systems to order, so please read this before returning a product. If something is wrong with what we sent you, contact us first — we will make it right.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back; returns sent without one may be refused.

Condition of returned products

Returned products must be in new, unused, resalable condition:

  • Never filled with coolant or any other fluid.
  • Free of damage, including bent or damaged fins and cross-threaded connections.
  • Complete, with all original hardware, fittings, and packaging.

What we cannot accept

  • Custom-made products. Custom radiators and custom assemblies are built to your specification and cannot be resold.
  • Any radiator that has been filled with coolant. Once a radiator has had fluid in it we cannot resell it, regardless of how briefly it was installed.
  • Used products, including used electrical products such as fan controllers, wiring harnesses, and relays.

Restocking fee

Accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. The restocking fee is waived on defective merchandise and on any error on our part.

Defective products

If merchandise is defective, we will replace it and cover all shipping costs both ways. No restocking fee applies. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and photographs if the problem is visible.

Shipping damage

Report shipping damage within 3 business days of delivery. Keep the packaging — carrier claims require it. Photographs of the box and the damage help us resolve the claim quickly.

How to start a return

Email salesteam@entropyrad.com or call (773) 669-6573 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization and tell you where to ship the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
