Processing time

Wiring products and relates accessories that are in-stock ship within 1-3 business days. Most of our radiators are custom built to order. For current lead times, reach out to our sales team at salesteam@entropyrad.com.

Where we whip

We ship to the 50 US states and Canada. Standard shipping rates provided by Shopify are for the 48 contagious US states. International shipping available upon request.

Shipping method and cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product type and destination. We ship UPS only and do not ship on third party UPS accounts.

Delivery time

UPS ground delivery time is 1-5 business days to most of the US. We are based in Chicago and ship from zip code 60639. 

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
