Please note: this radiator/fan combo will not fit 2012+ Jeep J/K models that use the PWM fan motor. Some 2012 models still use the resistor/two speed fan setup and later production Jeeps use the PWM fan motor.

If your Jeep does not have the two speed fan resistor, our fan shroud will not work with your Jeep.

When upgrading your Jeep for any type of off road duty or climbing, especially with low gears, the factory cooling system starts to fall on it’s face. And let’s face it, you’ll really feel like a dode if your girlfriend is in your Jeep and you can’t even turn on the A/C, because your $30,000 Jeep starts over heating. 

Our drop-in radiator and fan combo is a massive upgrade to the OEM radiator and fan setup. It fits both the 3.6L and 3.8L from 2006 – 2018 and includes the radiator, fan shroud assembly and wiring to work with your OEM setup. The factory overflow bottle fits directly onto the new aluminum fan shroud included with your new radiator.

We’ve been making Jeep radiators for a long time and understand the unique punishment that Jeeps are subject to. When climbing and off-road, everything needs to be capable of withstanding the off-road abuse that makes owning a Jeep so awesome. We use thicker .125″ fully welded brackets, CNC billet mounting brackets for the chassis mounts.

Another common problem unique to Jeeps, and the abuse they take, is the wiring. Overtime a lot of the engine grounds can break and then then coolant becomes the engine ground. This ends up destroying the radiator via electrolysis, which might even be why you’re shopping for a new radiator for your Jeep now.

All of our Jeep radiators feature a EC-02 custom consumable electrode wiring kit. This consumable electrode is installed in the radiator and helps prevent it from failure caused by electrical current flowing through the radiator.
